Remove the damper lock washers -A-.

Remove the damper.
-
Push the damper in the area of the upper nut -1- up and over the clutch pedal -A- in - direction of arrow -.

Loosen clutch pedal -1- from mounting bracket -3-, remove nut -2- and pull out bolt -5- to do so.
Note: Clutch pedal remains engaged on operating rod of master cylinder.

Swivel clutch pedal slightly downward and remove over-center spring -4- from mounting bracket.
Installing
Install in reverse sequence; note the following points:
