2 - Gasket

4 - Damping washer

Slide out of shift lever as far as stop -arrow-

5 - Retaining washer

Do not damage cables when removing

Always renew

6 - Selector cable

^

Pry off of selector bracket

^

Press onto selector bracket inside the shift mechanism

7 - Bushing
8 - Shift cable

^

Pry off of shift lever guide

^

Press onto shift lever guide inside the shift mechanism

9 - Damper
10 - Bearing shell

^

Is damaged during removal

^

Always renew

11 - Bushing
12 - Retaining washer
13 - Spring
14 - Bushing
15 - Shift lever guide
16 - M8 25 Nm hex head nut; M6 8 Nm hex head nut
