The customers map disc will need to be used for this procedure. If customer has lost disc, it will be necessary for the customer to purchase another one.
The phone number to order a replacement from Navteq is 1-888-628-6277 (888NAVMAPS).

Replacement map discs will not be covered under warranty.

Tip
The term "Press" is used to indicate a physical button being pressed.

The term "Touch" is used to indicate an icon on the screen is to be selected.

Connect Midtronics Incharge (INC 940) tester / charger to vehicle's battery. Switch ignition ON, with engine OFF.

Press the map button on the radio. 

Tip:

Disregard this screen if displayed.

Insert service disc RNS510SD2019935.

Tip:

A successful initialization will provide the following screen. It may be necessary to remove and reinsert disc for download to start.

Touch Continue on the screen to accept.

After 2-3 minutes this screen will appear.

Touch Save on the screen to accept.
