Enclosed in this Service Manager Bulletin is a form that must be used in connection with fault tracing procedure on turbo chargers.
The aim of Part A in this form is to collect valuable information which will assist in analyzing findings as noted during fault tracing performed, as
outlined in Parts B and C. It is intended that Part A is to be filled in by the Service Adviser together with the customer. Parts B and C should be
performed as outlined and completed by the mechanics.
If the turbo charger is to be submitted for warrant consideration, the enclosed form, properly completed, must be included with the turbo charger as it is
returned to Parts Testing.
