Heater Core: Service and Repair
Standard Heater Core Removal and Installation

Remove Standard Heater Unit, see Air Flow Control Box - Heater.

Remove:

-

cell system drain hose (1)

-

air intake seal (2)

-

all the clips holding the heater housing halves together.

Separate the two halves of the heater housing:

Remove the clips holding the control valve sensor head to the cell system (1).

Lift heater up. Transfer seal if installing new heater matrix.
