Wheel Bearing: Adjustments
Adjust front wheel bearings by first tightening nut with a torque wrench to 70 Nm (50 ft. lbs.). Then loosen nut 1/3 of a turn. If slot in nut does not
coincide with cotter pin hole in spindle, loosen it further to enable cotter pin to be installed. Be sure to rotate wheel while tightening nut to be sure wheel
bearings are properly seated.
