The oil used during production of certain vehicles may not contain sufficient additives. Therefore, rear axle oil must be replaced prior to, or during the
PreDelivery Service for vehicles within the following VIN range:

Note:

Only vehicles originating out of Production Plant No. 1 are affected. The plant identification is located at position 11 of the VIN.

Owners of vehicles that have recently been retailed and fall within the VIN range should be contacted to have the rear axle oil changed. Rear axle oil
change requirements listed as part of the 600-1200 mile/1000-2000 km should be completed as scheduled.

Submission of one claim per vehicle will be accepted. The information detailed below must be provided as shown:
