- Release headlight housing from body mounting (two at the front of wing, two screws on side), next to air Intake. Note that air guide on radiator grille

bracket is also attached to housing.

- Unplug connector and remove housing.

- Remove the two screws on wiper motor mounting.

- Fold out and withdraw motor shaft.

- Fit new unit.

- Reassemble in reverse order:

‹› When installing headlight housing check position in relation to body, fender and hood.

Note:  Be careful when closing hood in case the housing juts out.

- Before installing wiper arm, run wiper motor until wiper parks.

- Tighten wiper arms as per K1.  See: Headlamp Wiper Arm/Service and Repair

- Remove wiper arm as per K1.  See: Headlamp Wiper Arm/Service and Repair

- Unplug connector. Both left and right motors have their connector by left front wing.

- Release ground lead. Both left and right motor are grounded on front left wing.

- Remove terminals from connector.

- Pull wiring harness through channel in front side panel.
