Please ensure that all dealer personnel involved in warranty claim preparation and submission are advised of the following details. It is extremely
important that when submitting a claim, the information listed below be supplied, as shown on the sample on the reverse side.

The "repair section" of the claim must refer to the Parts bulletin, number and date.

The claim must list P/N 1129526-8 (CR-2141 radio) as the failing part. The fully completed warranty claim should also list the 1343011-1
radio and 1129919-5 equalizer as the parts the dealership is claiming warranty compensation for. Under this particular situation, we are
waiving the exchange component requirement.
