Place a new gasket between the valve cover and top cover.

Secure the valves with four long bolts and tighten the remaining bolts in the order illustrated to a torque of (14.7 - 22.1 ft.lbs.)

Check compressor oil level in order to replace what was lost during evacuation.

Refit the compressor to the vehicle.

Evacuate, purge, and recharge the system utilizing recommended procedures.
Warranty claims may be submitted during the normal warranty period.
