Remove:
^
grease cup
^
split pin
^
castellated nut
^
outer wheel bearing and brake disc
AL4. Remove inner bearing
Use puller 9992722 if bearing remains on shaft.
AL5. Remove inner bearing seal if seal remains in hub
AL6. Remove sensor wheel from brake disc
Use two-arm universal puller and drift 9995009.
Cover centre hole of disc e.g. with piece of steel.
AL7. Press new sensor wheel onto brake disc
Use handle 999 1801 and drift 9995276.
Note: Position drift with gnarled end against sensor wheel and ensure that locking ring spacers (if fitted) have been removed.
