Brake Pedal Assy: Service and Repair

REMOVE

1. Soundproofing panel Disconnect pedal from pushrod by removing locking clip and spindle bolt.
2. Unhook spring from pedal Remove spindle bolt and pedal.

3. Remove original bushings.
4. Lubricate bushing sleeve and spring Use bearing grease.

INSTALL

1. New bushings.
2. spring on pedal.
3. Pedal (tighten).
4. Pushrod.
5. Spindle bolt and locking clip and soundproofing panel.
