AL8. Install new inner seal

Place inner bearing in position in hub. Coat lip of seal with small quantity of wheel bearing grease. Press in seal. Use drift 999 5005 and handle
9991801.
Ensure that edge of seal is flush with hub.

AL9. Install disc, outer bearing and castellated nut

Tighten nut to 57 Nm (41 ft. lbs.). Rotate disc while tightening nut. Slacken nut half a turn and retighten to 1.5 Nm (1.1 ft. lbs.) (finger-tight).
Insert split pin. If holes do not match, tighten nut until pin can be inserted in next hole.

AL10.Install brake caliper

Use new mounting bolts. Tighten bolts to 100 Nm (74 ft. lbs.).

AL11.Refit wheels as per markings

Finger-tighten nuts, then torque diagonally to 85 Nm (63 ft. lbs.).
