Removal the old seals (in engine compartment)
-

Use snap-ring pliers to remove plastic ring (A) which lock the O-rings. Be careful not to damage sealing surface.

Remove the seals (B).

-

Discard old O-rings and spacers.

Installing the new seal kit

Assemble and locate the new seals as shown.

-

Install the new quick-couplings (C) on the hoses.

Note! 

The outer plastic ring (A) which locks the O-rings is no longer required as this function is integrated in the new quick-coupling (C).

Push the hose into the firewall pipe junction until they snap into locked position.

-

Check that the quick-couplings have locked by gently pulling on the hoses.

-

Remove hose clamps.

-

Start engine.

-

Top up with coolant, if necessary.

-

Tighten cap.

-

Verify repair.

-

Reinstall pre-heating pipe.
