850 L5-2.3L Turbo VIN 57 B5234FT (1994)
Remove the HT lead from the coil.
Loosen bolt on upper mounting on the ignition coil bracket (A) approx. 3 mm, (1/8").
On the ignition coil: remove the M6 nut (B) on the 15 supply (red cable).
INSTALL THE CAPACITOR AT BOLT (A) AND TORQUE TO 8 NM (6 FT.LBS).
On ignition coil: install cable terminal on 15 supply (B) and torque to 4.5 Nm (3.3 ft lbs).
Make sure there is no contact between the cable terminal on the signal cable (C) and the 15 supply voltage (B).
Replace the HT lead on the ignition coil.
Reinstall the battery negative terminal.
VERIFY REPAIR.
Read off and reset any DTCs.
Reset the radio code.
Reset clock.
