Installing Thin Hoses

-

Connect the two thin hoses to the EVAP canister as follows:

-

The hose from the fuel tank has a small cast collar on it's rubber sleeve connector. This hose should be connected to the canister connector marked
"TANK".

The other hose, that goes to the canister purge (CP) valve, should be connected to the EVAP canister connector marked "PURGE".

Installing EVAP Canister

-

Locate the EVAP canister and screw into place. Check that the upper clamp has gripped the top edge of the EVAP canister properly.

Attach the large hose to the clip/holder mounted on the outside of the EVAP canister.

-

Check that the large hose is properly mounted so that it will not rattle when the fender liner has been installed.

Installing Fender Liner

-

Install fender liner. Use a new rivets. 

-

Reinstall left front wheel.
