Drive Gear Under Seat, Replace

Drive gear under seat, replace 

Remove: 

-

Deactivate the mechanical belt tensioner.  See: Service and Repair/With Power Seat/Deactivating/Activating the Mechanical Belt Tensioner

Battery negative cable.

-

Seat from car.  See: Service and Repair/With Power Seat/Complete Seat, Replace

Control module from bracket.  See: Service and Repair/With Power Seat/Control Module, Replace

Bracket for control module.

-

Mark up motors.

-

Motors.  See: Power Seat Motor/Service and Repair/Motor M1 and M3, Replace  See: Power Seat Motor/Service and Repair/Motor M4,
Replace

The screws from the height adjuster. 

-

Side compartment from seat.  See: Service and Repair/With Power Seat/Master Control Module, Replace

Screws from seat frame.

-

Slide rail from seat frame.

-

Drive shaft between drive gear and slide rail.
