Noise from windshield moulding

OBSERVATION: 
While driving over approx. 50 mph (80 kph), noise can be heard from the dashboard/ windshield area. The sound, caused by air penetrating between the
moulding and windshield, can sound like flapping, rattling, or buzzing.

CAUSE: 
This can be a result of the windshield moulding not being held tightly against the windshield. Correct the problem as follows.

Tool

Bend a putty knife into the shape shown.

In most cases, it will be sufficient to tighten the clips against the body.
