Cigarette Lighter: Service and Repair
Cigarette Lighter Replacement

Disconnect battery negative lead.
-
Pull out cigarette lighter.
-
Remove ashtray.
-
Remove cover panel (1).
-
Unscrew casing retaining screws.
-
Remove casing.
-
Disconnect wiring from the cigarette lighter.
-
Remove inner sleeve (3) and bracket (4).
-
Fit new unit.
-
Reassemble in reverse order.
Make sure that bracket (4) is correctly positioned.
Hook on right side of casing before tightening screws.
-
Test.
