Speedometer Replacement

Remove backing plate from housing by removing the 8 screws.

Work on a clean bench. Do not touch either pointers or dials with the fingers. Blow any dust away with dry compressed air.

Remove the 5 screws retaining speedometer.

Fit new unit.
NOTE: When replacing speedometer, always record the current mileage and date of replacement in the Service and Guarantee book
Replacement instruments have the final digit on the trip meter in red.

Reassemble in reverse order.
