Face-lift battery

These models may be equipped with a "face-lift" battery. It is easily recognized by the two plastic covers which fold down over the positive and negative
terminals, and over the filler caps.

Six holes fitted with white plugs are provided for topping up electrolyte. The seventh hole is fitted with a grey cap which MUST NOT BE REMOVED.
An anti-explosion filter is located underneath this cap and the hole must not be used for topping-up purposes.

THE GREY CAP MUST NEVER BE REMOVED.

Only the six holes fitted with white caps may be used for checking and topping up electrolyte.
