Remove the stay (cross bar) as per illustration. (four bolts)

Removing plastic flanges

Caution!

Eye protection should be worn when performing this step.

Carefully remove the plastic flanges of the bushings with a chisel or equivalent.

Removing bushings

Secure a 100 mm (4 inch) spacer between the frame rail and the control arm as per illustration.

Install the assembly tool as per Illustration and carefully press out the bushing.
