1.
Raise car and place stands under jacking points of body.
2.
Remove wheel, then raise rear axle so spring compresses. Loosen upper and lower spring attachments.
3.
Remove upper attachment for shock absorber. Lower jack carefully and remove spring, Figs. 2 and 3.
4.
Install upper screw, washer and rubber spacer inside spring and firmly secure spring to upper attachment.
5.
Raise jack and secure spring to the lower attachment with washer and screw.
6.
Install shock absorber and wheel.
