Turbocharger bypass valve
Complaints of severe idle dip after deceleration, or reduced performance may be caused by a damaged diaphragm in the turbo bypass valve.
Testing Procedure:
Pull off vacuum line and apply vacuum to valve to test. Valve should hold vacuum. If not, replace with the following:
