REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS:

1.

Remove right side panel (refer to service manual, page 227) to gain access to the A/C drain hose.

2.

Remove drain hose from hole in body. Cleanhose as required.

3.

If hose is earlier type with lips around outlet, cut approx. 8-10 mm(5/16") off the end of the hose as shown.

4.

Lubricate insert with soapy water. Install into outlet side of drain hose above flange grommet.

5.

Reinstall hose in hole of body and press down insert until it is as close as possible to outlet opening.
It should not interfere with flexibility and sealing ability of the drain hose grommet.

6.

DOUBLE-CHECK THAT GROMMET IS FULLY INSTALLED.

7.

Reinstall right side panel.
