Disassembly
Preparations
-
make a note of the anti-theft radio code.

ignition off.
-
disconnect the battery negative lead.
Warning! During assembly, the ignition must be in position II. Then reconnect the battery negative lead according to Conclusion. Ensure that
nobody is in the car when the battery is being connected.
Removing the glove compartment
Remove:
-
6 Torx 20 screws for the glove compartment insert.
-
the cover for the CD ROM reader. (Only cars equipped with RTI system.)
