Remove: 

-

the door panel. See Components front side door, replacing See: Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement 

-

the lift mechanism cassette for the power window. See Components front side door, replacing See: Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement.

Place the power window lift mechanism cassette and the window on a flat surface.
Remove the glass clamp screw.
Carefully lift off the washer (E).
Lift off the outer spacer (D).

Note! Note the hole arrangement for the window. Retain the same hole arrangement when installing the window. 

Remove: 

-

the window and any broken glass

-

the inner spacer (C).

Note! There may be shims by the inner spacer. Note the thickness, number and location of these. These must be reinstalled when installing the
window.
