Note! There are two types of cable sleeves.
Earlier version:

cable sleeve with loose guide sleeve to end piece.
Later version:

cable sleeve with fixed plastic guide sleeve to the end piece.
The removal and installation procedures are different for the two types. Follow the instructions for the appropriate type.
