Caution! Ensure that no fuel is spilt when the fuel level sensor is removed.
Detach and remove the nut, use 999 5486 KEY See: Tools and Equipment/999 5486 Key
Carefully pull up the fuel level sensor half way and allow the fuel to run back.
Remove the fuel level sensor and the old gasket.
Caution! Screw the fuel level sensor's nut back on the tank's threads if the new fuel level sensor is not fitted immediately. The tank's threads
could be deformed otherwise.
