NOTE: Make a note of the routing of the hose.
Installing

Install a new hose
-
Thread the nipple into the steering gear (use a new O-ring).

Press up the front section of the hose into the engine compartment.

Install the clamp and bracket in the front sub-frame
-
Install the clamp and bracket in the rear sub-frame.
-
Lightly tighten all screws.
-
Tighten the nipple in the steering gear. Tighten to 25 Nm.
-
screw in the bracket. Tighten to 24 Nm
-
screw clips. Tighten to 5 Nm.
-
Lower the car.
-
Tighten the nipple in the pump. Tighten to 25 Nm.
NOTE: Use a new O-ring

Remove the lock grip pliers.
Finishing
-
Top up the oil level in the servo reservoir. Bleed the system.

For the correct oil quality, see the specifications.
WARNING: Avoid skin contact with the oil.

Repeatedly turn the steering wheel to full lock.
-
Top up the oil if necessary.
-
Lower the car.
-
Apply the parking brake. Start the engine.
A Turn the steering wheel slowly to the right. Hold on full lock for 2 seconds
B Turn the steering wheel slowly to the left. Hold on full lock for 2 seconds.
Repeat operations A and B approximately 10 times.
