S40 L4-1.9L Turbo VIN 29 B4204T3 (2001)
Clean the mating surface.
Install:

the handle in the door in the correct position
-
the panel (check that the connecting rod is free moving).
Use new screws or clean the existing screws. Apply copper paste P/N 1161075.
Install:
-
the two screws. Tighten to 10 Nm
-
the rear plug.
Press the inner clamp upwards.
Secure the connecting rod in the clamp on the lock unit.
Check the function.
