Remove:

the connector (2)

-

the rivet (3). See: Removing rivets .

Detach the lower cable mounting for the outer door handle.

Note! When replacing the cable for the outer door handle, also unhook the upper cable mounting for the outer door handle.

Detach the mechanical cable mounting (4) for the inner opening handle.
