Insert the cable through the lowest hole furthest to the left in the lower front grille.

Insert the heater cable behind the air baffle.

Install the front engine block heater socket in the hole below, centre it in the hole

Tighten the connector using a Torx screw (L=40 mm) and the mounting plate from the kit.
Steps 19 and 20 apply to the S40 and V50, all models

Reinstall the air baffle.

Tighten into place. Use the four screws.

Reinstall the bumper shell using the five clips and the two screws in the upper edge.
