Volvo S60 workshop manuals
Volvo S60 at a glance: 11 manuals, covering 2001 to 2011 models, with engines from 2.3 to 3.0 litres.
About the S60
The S60 replaced the S70 in 2000 as Volvo's compact executive saloon. The first generation was built on the P2 platform, with the V70 as its estate counterpart, and a high-performance S60 R followed in 2002. The second generation arrived in 2010.
What these manuals cover
- 2001–2006 (first generation): the 2.4-litre five-cylinder, the 2.4 and 2.5 turbos, and the T5's 2.3 and 2.4 turbos, with front- or all-wheel drive.
- 2011 (second generation): the T6 AWD with the 3.0-litre turbo straight-six.
Tip: the code at the end of each title is Volvo's engine code (B5254T is a petrol five-cylinder, 2.5 litres, four valves per cylinder, turbo); the Volvo page explains how to read it.
