Note! The cable between the carphone and SRS (supplemental restraint system) control modules (yellow/white) is joined in the cable harness
and is routed to the central electronic module.

Exposing the cable harness

Remove the center console. See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Console/Service and Repair/Center Console, Replacing

Remove:

-

the radio.

-

the phone module.

Unplug the connector at the SRS control module.

Repairing the cable harness

Note! If an airbag(s) has deployed, the cable harness must be checked.

Note! If an airbag(s) has deployed, the status of the reserve battery must be checked.
