Position the holder on the floor between the righthand wheel arch and the spare wheel hatch

Tighten the holder using the self tapping screws as illustrated.

Applies to the S40 and the V40 with manual seats from chassis number 415 000 inclusive

Raise the left-hand front seat to the highest point

-

Remove the handle (2) by compressing the ends (1)

-

Ensure that the rubber washer (3) does not come loose.

Applies to the S40 and the V40 with manual seats from chassis number 415 000 inclusive

Screw the bracket (1) into place in the existing holes in the front of the seat frame. Tighten to 10 Nm (8 lbf.ft.)

Install the new handle (3)

-

Ensure that the rubber washer (4) is in the correct position

-

Install the holder (2) on the bracket (1).
