NOTE: Wait at least three minutes before unplugging the connectors or removing other electrical equipment.

Remove the screw and mounting for the battery.

Disconnect the drainage hose.

Remove the battery.

Remove the cover in the fuse holder for the main fuses.

Disconnect the two gray connectors for the towbar wiring in the rear member from each other.
