Casing, bumper front, replacing

Removing the front bumper and casing

Note! Cars built after week 0048 only have the two upper mounting elements on the bumper.

Remove:

-

Wiper arms (1)

-

Remove the two screws.

Use a 12 mm long socket.

Remove the six clips on the upper side of the casing

-

Remove the seven clips on the underneath of the bumper

-

Drill out the four blind rivets from each side where the edge of the fender meets the wheel arch fender liner. The rivets must not be cut off. See

Remove the screw.
