Bumper rail, front, replacing

The member is made of aluminum.
The member is secured to the side members using two screws and three plug welds on each side.
The plug welds are in metal washers pressed into the aluminum rail.

Remove:

Remove the screws.
Drill out the spot welds on each side.
Knock the rail off at the front of the car.
Grind clean.

Install:

Align the rail.
Screw the screws into place.
Spot-weld the rail into place.
