Floor hatch

Removing the floor hatch

Lift up the floor hatch

-

Remove the upholstery and foam according to Upholstery and backrest cushion, auxiliary rear facing seat, replacing See: Seats/Seat Cover/Service
and Repair/Rear Seat, Passenger Seat/Auxiliary Rear Facing Seat/Upholstery and Backrest Cushion, Auxiliary Rear Facing Seat, Replacing

Remove the hinge according to Hinges See: Seats/Seat Latch/Service and Repair/Hinges 

-

Remove the head restraint sleeve according to Head restraint sleeves See: Seats/Head Rest/Service and Repair/Head Restraint Sleeves 

-

Remove the opening handle according to Backrest handle See: Seats/Seat Latch/Service and Repair/Backrest Handle 

-

Replace the floor hatch.

Installing the floor hatch

Install the opening handle according to Backrest handle See: Seats/Seat Latch/Service and Repair/Backrest Handle 

-

Install the head restraint sleeve according to Head restraint sleeves See: Seats/Head Rest/Service and Repair/Head Restraint Sleeves 

-

Install the hinge according to Hinges See: Seats/Seat Latch/Service and Repair/Hinges 

-

Install the upholstery and foam according to Upholstery and backrest cushion, auxiliary rear facing seat, replacing See: Seats/Seat Cover/Service
and Repair/Rear Seat, Passenger Seat/Auxiliary Rear Facing Seat/Upholstery and Backrest Cushion, Auxiliary Rear Facing Seat, Replacing

Install the floor hatch.
