Note! 850/S40/V40/S70/V70(-00)/S80/V70(00-)/S60:Use 30 mm (1/13/16") studs.945/965/V90:Use 40 mm (1 37 64") studs.944/964/S90:Use 110
mm (4 21/64") studs.
Applies to all models:

Pull the rear seat centre head restraint up

Assemble the stud and the nut. Tighten the nut

Install the studs for the mounting using the nuts.
Illustration A applies to the 944 / 964 / S90

Screw the mounting into place as high up as possible on the mounting rod for the head restraint.
