Removal

Remove:

-

the sill trim panel. See Front door sill trim panel See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Scuff Plate/Service and Repair/Front Door Sill
Trim Panel 

-

the soundproofing panel. See Soundproofing panel, replacing See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument
Panel/Service and Repair/Soundproofing Panel, Replacing 

-

side panel on the center console. See Center console, replacing See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Console/Service and Repair/Center
Console, Replacing 

-

the glove compartment. See Glove compartment, replacing, B5244T5, B5254T2 See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Glove

any mounting hooks for child seats

-

detach the drain hoses from the engine and the filter housing. Move the drain hoses to one side

-

detach the floor carpet at the front. Fold the carpet back.
