Remove the seat belt buckle. See Seat belt buckle See: Seat Belt Buckle/Service and Repair/Front Seat/Seat Belt Buckle.
Installation
Install:

a screw in the seat belt buckle. See Seat belt buckle See: Seat Belt Buckle/Service and Repair/Front Seat/Seat Belt Buckle

the seat in the car. See Lifting the front seats in and out See: Body and Frame/Seats/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement.
Checking the function of the seatbelt
Check seat belt function
Check that the seat belt (inertia) reel inhibits seat belt movement correctly. Pull and jerk the belt repeatedly to check the function.
Warning! The ignition must never, under any circumstances, be switched on when the connector for the SRS ignition cable is being removed or
installed.
Ignition in position II. Connect the battery negative lead.
