S60 2.5T AWD L5-2.5L Turbo VIN 59 B5254T2 (2004)
Note! The new brake pipe must be bent into the correct shape when installing. This is important otherwise the pipe may be subject to stresses
when it is in place.
Install:
-
the brake pipe between the joint nipple and the bracket
-
the brake pipe in the joint nipple. Tighten to 18 Nm.
Install the brake pipe and the bracket
Install:
-
the brake pipe to the brake hose (1) at the bracket. Tighten to 17 Nm

the brake pipe in its clips
-
the bracket in its mounting (2). Tighten to 25 Nm.
Note! The brake pipe must notbe in contact with the car body.Ensure that the brake hose is not twisted. If necessary alter the hose at the other
end (brake pipe end).If the brake hose is twisted it may rub against the tire, rim or wheel arch. This could cause the circuit to fail.
Remove the pedal jack.
Fill and bleed the brake system

Pressure test the brake system
