Lift the tunnel compartment up at the rear edge and pull it backwards.
AFC4. Removal of Arm-Rest on the Tunnel Compartment:
Remove:

4 screws from the lower section.

2 screws from the lock.
AFC5. Removal of Rear Panel:
Remove:

the connector from the loudspeaker switch..
-
the connector from the 12 volt socket.

6 nuts from the side.

3 screws from below.
