Rear edge of door:
Rectangular holes in the striker plate. Slacken off screws just enough for the door to be adjusted.
The door must not rest on the striker plate. The striker plate must not press the door upwards.
Hold the door handle out and check that the door can be opened and closed without sticking.
Check lock function by opening and closing the door.
