Remove the sleeve from the antenna tube.
Removing the antenna rod and gear sector

Turn the radio to ON.

After the radio has been switched ON, start the motor for the antenna. The motor slides the antenna rod out with the gear sector. If the antenna rod
is damaged the motor may need assistance sliding the antenna rod with the gear sector out. Use pliers for example. Remove the antenna.
NOTE: The antenna motor runs for approximately 25 seconds and the mechanism remains in the up position. If possible leave the radio ON.
