Repair the cable harness.

Note! The cable between the car-phone and SRS (supplemental restraint system) control modules (yellow/white) is joined in the cable harness
and is routed to the central electronic module.

Exposing the cable harness

Remove:

-

the center console. See Center console, replacing See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Console/Service and Repair/Center Console,
Replacing.

the radio. See Radio cassette player, replacing See: Radio, Stereo, and Compact Disc/Radio/Stereo/Service and Repair/Radio Cassette Player,
Replacing.

the phone module. See: Cellular Phone/Communications Control Module/Service and Repair.

Unplug the connector at the SRS control module.

Repairing the cable harness

Note! If an airbag(s) has deployed, the cable harness must be checked. See Checking the collision cable See: Testing and Inspection/Component
