Remove Trim Strip

Trim strip luggage compartment lid

Remove Trunk Switch assembly

Install Trunk Switch assembly

Install the trunk lid switch in the reverse order of step 2.

Install Trim Strip

Install the trim strip in the reverse order of step 1.

NOTE:

Be sure the trunk lid panel area for the chrome trim is cleaned and pressure is applied to the trim strip to ensure good adhesion to the trunk.
