Lubricate the edges of the new seal using automatic transmission fluid.
999 5769 Pilot See: Tools and Equipment/999 5769 Pilot
Install the seal to the locating pin.
999 5771 Drift See: Tools and Equipment/999 5771 Drift
Tap in the seal until the drift is against the transmission.
Remove the locating pin.
Install the drive shaft. See: Axle Shaft Assembly/Service and Repair/Drive Shaft Right
Check the oil level. See: Automatic Transmission/Transaxle/Service and Repair/Procedures/Transmission Oil Level - Checking
